Everything you type — your name, contact details, work history, photo and any biodata details — is saved in your own browser using IndexedDB. It never reaches our servers. It is not backed up anywhere. Clearing your browsing data for this site deletes it permanently, which is why we suggest downloading the PDF of anything you want to keep.

Four features send your content to Google’s Gemini API so it can be processed: building a resume from a description you write, importing an existing resume, refining a field with AI, and matching your resume against a job description. Nothing else does — templates, editing, arranging and PDF export all work with no connection at all.

We ask for your permission before the first of those runs, and the request goes through our server only so that the API key is not exposed. We do not log the content, and we do not keep a copy of it.

This site uses Google’s free Gemini tier. Under Google’s terms for that tier, Google may use submitted content to improve its products, and human reviewers may read it. That is why the permission prompt says so in those words, and why you can decline it and still use everything else.

We use Google Analytics to count page views and a handful of events — which template was chosen, whether a PDF was downloaded, how many sections a document has. No field from your document is ever included in an event, and your photo never is.

The decorative backgrounds on some biodata templates are images fetched from Cloudinary, a content delivery network. Requesting an image tells that network your IP address, in the ordinary way that loading any image on any website does.

This site is meant for people old enough to be looking for work or preparing a marriage biodata. It is not directed at children.
